Original gurgle jug from the 1960's. Made by Fosters Pottery in England. Dark brown glazed ceramic with greenish abstract details. The fish was originally used as a water jug when serving refreshments at dinners. The name comes from the fun gurgling sound produced when the water is poured out. In good overall vintage condition, with a surface crack near the mouth, hence recommended to be used as a vase rather than jug. Makers stamp at the bottom. More information below.
